Overseer Sibrina Swinson
MEET THE PASTORS

Bishop David A. Swinson, Sr. is a dedicated leader and spiritual mentor, born on
December 3, 1970, in Brunswick, Georgia. He is the son of Shirley Rhone and Deacon
Charles Davis, Sr., and grew up in Brunswick, GA. He attended school in the Glynn
County School System and made major impact on the lives of boys and girls as he
fostered relationships under his leadership as Social Director at the Boys and Girls
Club, where his passion for helping others was ignited.
Bishop Swinson has been happily married to Overseer Sibrina Swinson for 35 years,
and together they have four children—Antonio, Darius, David Jr., and their only
daughter, Djzari—as well as three cherished grandchildren: Neriya, Nehemiah, and
Noah. His family is his greatest source of joy.
In 1998, Bishop Swinson answered the divine call to ministry, beginning his mentorship
with notable leaders such as the late Superintendent G. Bobby Hall and Bishop James
Swinson. He served at Victory Way Christian Center (VWCC) in Jacksonville, Florida,
for a decade, taking on various roles including Armor Bearer, Media Technician, and
Youth Pastor.
In 2010, Bishop took a significant leap of faith to begin his ministry journey, and through
his unwavering faith and commitment to the call, Calvary’s Way Ministries was birth.
Recognizing the importance of education, he earned his high school diploma from
Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2014 and later obtained a Bachelors Degree in
Biblical Studies and Christian Counseling from Andersonville Theological Seminary.
In 2021, Bishop Swinson was consecrated as a Bishop in the Lords Church. Shortly
thereafter, he felt led by the Holy Spirit and being obedient to the voice of the Lord, he
launched Ruach Covenant Fellowship of Churches, Inc., where he serves as the
Founder and Overseer, dedicating himself to supporting pastors and ministries in
Georgia, Florida, North & South Carolina and Alabama and Virginia.
With a heart for service, Bishop Swinson is passionate about helping others realize their
God-given potential and guiding them into their divine purpose. He is intentional about
building relationships and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those he serves.
Overseer Sibrina Swinson is a native of Brunswick, GA where she was born and raised. She is the
younger of three children. She is a high school graduate who decided to further her education at
Brunswick College where she received her degree in Business Administration.
Overseer Swinson at an early age developed a passion for music and serving in her local church. She
joined the young adult choir and was later appointed as the praise and worship leader of both the young
adult and adult choirs. Her passion for worship releases an anointing that touches the heart of God and
taps into realms in the Spirit, causing the portals of heaven to release healing and breakthroughs for
many.
Overseer Swinson is saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy Ghost. In 2000, she accepted her call to
preach the gospel. In 2003 she received her certificate of license as an Evangelist, in 2012 she was later
ordained as an Elder in the Lords Church by Bishop Kevin L. Betton, Sr., out of Hinesville, GA.
Overseer Swinson serves faithfully alongside her husband, Bishop David Swinson, Bishop of Calvary’s
Way Ministries. Her service includes wearing several hats: church administrator, president of the
women’s department (Women of Worth), a preacher, teacher and mentor.
In 2021, She launched Mentoring Moments. A mentoring program designed to equip, encourage and
empower women through discipleship and intentional relationships. Bridging the gaps between
generations and calling women young and old to More!
Through life experiences, the power and grace of God, Overseer Swinson flows and operates in the gifts
of healing, deliverance and prophetic utterances whereby many have been delivered, healed and set free.
Women are being made whole, marriages and families are being restored, and the Kingdom of God is
being enlarged.
Overseer Swinson is happily married to her best friend, Bishop David Swinson, and they have 4 beautiful
children, 3 boys and 1 girl. Her hunger to please God and be all that God has called her to, motivates
her to boldly operate in the anointing of Luke 4:18, knowing that The Spirit of the Lord is truly upon her
to preach Good News to the poor; to heal the brokenhearted and to announce that every captive shall be
released and set free, every blind eye shall be opened, and that the downtrodden and low in spirit shall be
freed from their oppressors. Her ultimate desire is always to please the Father and Bring Him Glory.
